CNC lathe operating procedures (I)

1.1 CNC lathe operating procedures:Check the handover record before work

1.2 Check whether the operating handle, switch, and knob are in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety devices are complete and reliable.

1.3 Before turning on the power supply, pay attention to the power supply voltage. If it exceeds the specified voltage range, it is not allowed to close the switch and run the empty vehicle at low speed for 2?/FONT>3 minutes to observe whether the operation is normal. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection.

1.4 Observe the oil gauge, check whether the oil volume is appropriate, whether the oil circuit is unobstructed, and add enough lubricating oil and coolant in the specified parts.

1.5 Work can only start after confirming that the lubrication, electrical and mechanical parts are operating normally

2. It is strictly forbidden to use the machine beyond its performance during work.

2.1 It is forbidden to place objects on the guide rail surface and paint surface of the machine tool. It is strictly forbidden to knock, straighten and trim the workpiece on the guide rail surface.

After entering the machining program for a new workpiece, you must first use the "test run key" to check the correctness of the program compilation, and then use the "single program segment operation key" to check the program operation. At this time, your finger is placed on the stop button and you are ready to stop at any time. Untested programs are not allowed to be operated in a loop to prevent machine tool failure.

2.2. When the program is running in a loop, the operator should concentrate and closely monitor the operation. It is strictly forbidden to leave the work station.

2.3. When an alarm or other unexpected failure occurs during operation, the pause key should be used to terminate the operation, and then the corresponding the emergency stop button should be avoided as much as possible during the operation.

2.4. When the tool holder is in axial displacement, it is strictly forbidden to cut off the power supply to avoid damage to parts.

2.5. Regularly check the machine tool accuracy and observe the tool wear so as to compensate and replace the tool size in time.

2.6. It is strictly forbidden to open the electrical cabinet and CNC device cover at will.

2.7. After work, all control handles, switches, and knobs must be placed in the "stop" position and the power supply must be cut off.

3. Perform daily maintenance.

3.1.Fill in the "shift record" and do a good job of shift handover.
