High-performance CNC machine tools

During processing

1. Safe operation

Wear protective equipment (such as goggles, work clothes), and do not wear gloves to operate rotating parts.

Do not open the protective door or reach into the processing area when the machine tool is running.

2. Monitor the processing status

Observe whether the cutting is smooth, whether there is abnormal vibration, noise or overheating.

Check whether the chip discharge is smooth to avoid accumulation that affects the processing accuracy or damages the tool.

3. Cooling and lubrication

Ensure that the coolant is sufficient and the spray position is correct to prevent overheating of the tool or workpiece.

Check the lubrication points regularly to avoid wear of the guide rails or screws due to lack of oil.
